  • LEGO Insiders: Points can currently be earned and redeemed at the LEGO Shop, Go Figure, LEGO NINJAGO Shop, LEGOLAND Castle Shop, Hotel LEGOLAND Shop and Kids Wear.
  • Buy Now & Collect Later: Purchases made before 3pm can be collected after 4pm the same day from the Information Desk at LEGOLAND or Hotel LEGOLAND reception.
  • Shop access: A valid park admission ticket is required to enter the shops.
  • Returns and exchanges: A one-year exchange period applies and cash refunds must be requested within 14 days. Items must be returned with a valid receipt and in original, intact packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.
  • Hotel LEGOLAND: A 4-star LEGO-themed hotel located right next to LEGOLAND, with themed rooms, LEGO play and building areas, Panorama Restaurant, breakfast and free Wi-Fi.
  • LEGOLAND Castle Hotel: Located beside the park, with 142 fairy-tale themed rooms, playrooms and playgrounds, Knights' Tavern Restaurant, breakfast and free Wi-Fi.
  • LEGOLAND Holiday Village: Located next to LEGOLAND in green surroundings, with cabins, camping and themed accommodation, outdoor activities, playgrounds, bouncy castles, fire pits, Pirates' Inn Restaurant, a grocery store, free parking and free Wi-Fi.
  • Holiday Village accommodation: Options include LEGO NINJAGO cabins, Wilderness cabins and barrels, Wild West cabins and other themed accommodation.
  • Partner hotels: Selected partner hotels in Billund and the surrounding area provide additional accommodation options, with some packages combining accommodation and LEGOLAND tickets.

  • LEGOLAND is located in Billund, Denmark, close to Billund International Airport.
  • Bus: A bus stop is located directly outside LEGOLAND.
  • Train: The nearest train stations are Vejle, Kolding, Fredericia and Give, with bus connections to Billund and LEGOLAND.
  • Flight: Billund Airport is approximately 4 km from LEGOLAND.
  • Getting around Billund: LEGOLAND is close to other major Billund attractions and accommodation areas, making it convenient to combine with a wider Billund visit.
  • Parking areas: Paid parking is available at P1, P2, P3, P5 and P6.
  • Parking payment: Vehicle number plates are captured when entering and leaving the parking areas. Payment kiosks are available in the car parks.
  • Priority Parking: Located directly across from LEGOLAND Castle Hotel at Aastvej 20, close to the park entrance.
  • Overnight parking: Not permitted in the LEGOLAND car parks.
  • Disabled parking: Free parking is available with a valid blue disabled parking permit, with designated parking next to P1.
  • Parking passes: Parking passes and EXTREME season passes can be linked to a vehicle number plate.
  • There is a bus stop directly outside LEGOLAND.
  • Buses connect Billund with surrounding towns.
  • Billund City Shuttle: Free shuttle service operates once an hour from 1 July to 31 August.
  • Shuttle bus: A separate shuttle service operates from 6 July to 20 August. Adults pay 15 DKK and children travel free.
  • LEGOLAND does not have a train station directly at the park.
  • Train stations in Vejle, Kolding, Fredericia and Give have bus connections to Billund.
  • Connecting buses stop right outside LEGOLAND.
  • Billund International Airport: Located close to LEGOLAND, with direct connections to most of Europe and onward international connections via Copenhagen.
  • Distance: The airport is approximately 4 km from LEGOLAND.
  • Travel time: The journey from Billund Airport to LEGOLAND takes around 10 minutes, depending on the mode of transport and traffic.
  • Taxi and transfers: Taxis and pre-booked airport transfers are available for direct journeys to LEGOLAND.
  • By shuttle: Seasonal Billund shuttle services connect the airport with LEGOLAND and other locations in Billund.

Visitor facilities

  • Information Desk: Located at the main park entrance, the Information Desk is the central point for visitor assistance. You can also collect accessibility-related items here, including Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyards and changing-place toilet key cards.
  • Toilets: Accessible toilets are available at multiple points around the park. The LEGOLAND app can help you locate the nearest accessible toilet while you're inside the park.
  • Changing-place toilets: Changing places are available at the park entrance and near the Pirate Land playground. A key card is available from the Information Desk with a 100 DKK deposit.
  • Wheelchairs: The park's roads and paths are paved and wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs can be reserved in advance, while the Information Desk can provide assistance during your visit.
  • Accessible parking: Guests with a valid blue disabled parking permit can park for free. Accessible parking spaces are located next to P1, close to the park entrance.
  • Car parks: Paid parking is available at P1, P2, P3, P5 and P6 outside the park. Parking payment kiosks are available within the car parks.
  • Priority Parking: Priority Parking is located directly opposite LEGOLAND Castle Hotel at Aastvej 20, close to the main park entrance.
  • Special-needs assistance: The Information Desk is the main access point for special-needs assistance. Guests can also obtain a Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyard or show-consideration wristband where applicable.
  • Assistance dogs: Assistance dogs are permitted in restaurants, playgrounds, shops and certain attractions. Access can vary by attraction.
