Copenhagen is fun to see, of course. We just had to wait so long for our pickup - - we were at our stop for 45 minutes before a bus came. Once on the bus, we went one stop and were told we had to change busses, so that took another 15 minutes or so. Then, we spent a lot of time doing pickups at large hotels. So, the tour itself was rather short, and not at all as smooth as the Hop On/Hop Off we'd had in London the week before.

Nothing. Three buses passed us but because they were full. We were about to ask for a refund when concierge at our hotel found two seats on a bus that just pulled up.
The Overall experience was ok but I Had Trouble finding a bu Stop. It took me nearly 90 minutes to find a starting place as the Bus dign we're either non existent or we're quite Hidden...
My family (2 kids and wife) and I waited for the return bus where we were dropped off in the hot sun. A bus came but did not stop, instead was gesturing where we should go or where we should be waiting. It was extremely unclear as there were no markers for where else we should go to be picked up. We were not able to return using the bus and essentially had to walk the rest of the way wasting our time and money, and honestly ruining our vacation. Thanks Hop On Hop Off Bus. I would really like my money back.
The bus made logical stops and we were able to see numerous monuments and learned history not known by us before. I would suggest any visitor, especially short visits to do it.
We had a great driver , very helpful. Liked the fact that we could get off look around and then catch the next one when we were ready. Listening to the guide as we went along was great also.
Respecting schedules and audits, bravo we must continue....
Convenience of buses even though bus frequency was less than expected.
Unfortunately, we were not able to use the hop on hop off bus, the bus did not stop at the designated locations. After an hour of waiting, we started walking. Waving to the bus drivers did not help, because they just kept driving. Very unfortunate, because previous experiences in other cities were good.
Extremely well organised and plenty to see. The driver and audio description was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend this trip
Stops are sometimes hard to find. My 48h ticket stopped working after 30h, it's unacceptable.
Everything was ok. The Bus driver from Spain was very funny and kind with us and our son. Wonderful tour
The buses were extremely irregular. We waited in excess of 50 minutes and 45 minutes. Ended up walking. It was a waste of money. Only managed to use the bus Once
Changing buses to get to a destination was not what we expected or was told about. Our first driver was trying his best on his own but asked one of the passengers to help out as he was running late. Our last driver very kindly took us back to our cruise ship as a lot of the passengers were going there and it saved us changing buses again.

The convenience of seeing most of Copenhagen's attractions in one day as our time was limited. We did not wait long at the pickup points and the bus drivers were helpful and friendly.
Too little information about the important places. Very basic. Not a satisfying experience. You could make it much better!
Combined bus and boat ticket was a bonus
My wife and I always book a Hopon/off bus tour in every city we visit. This, I am sorry to say, was the worst. The app didn't adequately guide us to the nearest stops and, when we got there, the buses were too busy to take us. The audio guide has too many gaps which could have been filled with locally appropriate music - we spent some time wondering if the equipment was faulty. The information was poor and not very interesting.
I was unable to find the bus at three different stops, while using the app to track the bus location. Because of the Royal Run they posted there would be disruptions, but they did not indicate which stops would and would not be running, so I would go to a stop and they would turn around at the one before every time. It began to feel intentional, so after over an hour and three attempts at different stops I gave up and called for a refund. Unfortunately, Headout has to request through Red Sightseeing, so I am still waiting to hear back.
The bus was great, although we loved the boat tour. The guide who explained the boat ride was very funny and at the same time very professional.
Very nice ride, good cars, and my thanks to a driver who ran after me to get my cell phone that I had forgotten.
There was a maraton in Copenhagen that day 11/05 and the route was much shorter than planned, I had bought 4 ticets online in advance and nothing was mentioned about it
I bought the boat and the girl in the ticket stop didnt received
We bought the 48 ticket for Monday and Tuesday, but on Tuesday the buses were not on duty :( . What was very positive was the boot tour and the friendly staff
The bus had a number of stops near interesting places. Unfortunately, it was raining hard the whole time we were on the bus so we just stayed on the bus. I will say that the transfer from the pier to the tour bus was slightly complicated, particularly on the return since they initially refused to take my proof of purchase, even though they had accepted it on the way out. I think you should have less complicated ways of ensuring that cruisers don't have to stand in bad weather for long periods of time to get back to the ship. The bus driver was very good and announcing the stops and making sure people had time to get on and off And the audio description was very clear and informative.
It was nice to get an impression of the city, and to be able to get out at points of interest to us. We would have loved to take the boat tour (also bought tickets for this), but it was so crowded. At least an hour of waiting time. We didn't have that much time.
The morning bus and boat tour was great. The only disappointment was that there was no Japanese audio, and when I tried to get on the bus on the way back, both buses were full, so I had to take a taxi to the cruise ship, which cost 40 euros. I think there are fewer buses in the afternoon.
Everything went well and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Excellent option to get to know any city, Copenhagen is no exception, the center of Copenhagen is not very big and it is easy to walk, but using the Hop On Hop Off, makes it easy to get close to a variety of attractions in the city.
