Mesmerising Play of Light

Created by Danish artist Morten Just Hansen, this immersive light and sound experience surrounds visitors with shimmering trees, glowing reindeer, and scenes of winter enchantment.

Tivoli Gardens' Christmas season runs from November 14, 2025, to January 4, 2026 (closed on December 24).
The park is open daily from 11am Sunday through Thursday and closes at 10pm, while on Fridays and Saturdays, it stays open until midnight. Last entry is 30 minutes before closing.
If you prefer to see the illuminations, arriving after 4pm is perfect but expect busier evenings.

By metro/train:

Ride the København H (Copenhagen Central Station) metro stop on the M3 or M4 lines; it’s right across the road from Tivoli’s main entrance.

By bus:

Several bus lines stop nearby: e.g., 111, 23, 250S, 2A, 33, 5C, 93N, 94N, or 97N. Andersen’s Boulevard, just steps away.
